About Bevelee

My Story

Hi I’m Bevelee, a registered nutritional therapist, with a particular Interest in recovery from food intolerances and irritable bowel syndrome.

I specialise in helping all genders minimise and gain control of troublesome symptoms – epsecially those “ive tried everything and nothing seems to work”. I have walked in your shoes and now love working with clients who are ready to address their symptoms, improve their relationship with food and ultimately restore their quality of life!

I am a kind, humorous and compassionate practitioner who thoroughly enjoys being able to provide the time and the space for you to be able to share your journey. Our health concerns are often decompartmenalised which can make us feel disconnected, disempowered and often confused, I know that I was. My mission is support you to join the dots and reclaim your health so that you can move forward with confidence.

My personal journey started as a child who experienced bouts of tonsillitis, physical and vocal ticks, night terrors and I found it difficult to pay attention in school. As an adult I have experienced daily digestive issues such as fluctuating bowel movements, bloating, unexplained food and chemical intolerances such as salicylates, histamines and oxolates. Recurrent mouth ulcers, low mood, anxiety, tinnitus and hormone imbalances, to name a few!

Prior to studying nutrition I was unaware that many of my symptoms, if not all, were connected…

Disappointed with the conventional approach to my health issues, I sought to discover the root cause of my health issues and understand my personal health timeline. I enlisted the help of a registered nutritional therapist, made adjustments to my diet and lifestyle, where necessary used targeted supplements, afforded myself some necessary functional testing and started to find resolutions to many of my symptoms.

I felt compelled to retrain and now I help others just like you who are experiencing bloating, cramps, anxiety, belching, inconsistent bowels movements and many more insidious symptoms of IBS and intolerances.
